Insurance and Billing

Health insurance and coverage can be very confusing. We at CORE believe in transparency of billing and will make it as easy as possible for you to see a therapist. There are 3 ways to pay for your physical therapy service.

1. If we are in-network for your insurance company, your physical therapy will be covered by them as per the details of YOUR health plan. Insurance co-payments and deductible payments are expected at the time of service. We will gladly submit bills on your behalf when possible. Please call us at 415-553-7722, or check with your insurance carrier to verify our participation in your program.

2. If we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will be happy to provide you with a “Superbill” for you to submit for remimbursement after you have paid for your physical therapy appointment at the time of service. Most insurance companies will reimburse you for some portion of your therapy. Our staff will call to verify your benefits when you register for your first appointment.

3. If you do not have insurance, we can give you a cash rate for service. Please call us at Core for details.
