Carolyne Anthony's Pregnancy Fitness Program is specifically designed to teach instructors how to help clients, prepare the body for labor and delivery. Exercises incorporate work on the stability ball, reformer and the mat. Movements concentrate on helping the body to open and release, while at the same time strengthening and toning key areas like the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles. The program will help address the needs of a rapidly changing body. The benefits include gaining flexibility, strengthening the body for labor and delivery with resistance work, relieving stress through breathing, relaxation and visualization techniques, and helping eliminate common pregnancy complaints, like backache.

Carolyne Anthony's Postpartum Rehabilitation Program specifically teaches how to design a workout, to repair the body after labor and delivery. The program teaches how to strengthen the body safely and with no impact, which is crucial in protecting the pelvic floor. The abdominal exercises are intended to realign and strengthen the spine. Rebuild endurance and stamina lost during the months of pregnancy, gain flexibility, suppleness, and strengthen the body with resistance work.

Valuable information will help you design a workout program to address the needs of this special population heal and recover after major surgery and reconstructive surgery. The Pink Ribbon Program will help stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back, and abdominal muscles, allowing women to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This program is suitable whether the surgery was recent or several years ago, and it accommodates all fitness levels.
